Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and QUANTUM INNO TECHNOLOGIES for use of StoryWeave (website and related apps). By using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

StoryWeave provides AI-assisted interactive fiction creation, reading, and related features. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Generated content is fictional and not factual advice.

2. Content ownership

Unless we state otherwise in writing, all AI-generated story content produced through StoryWeave (text, titles, options, summaries, and derivatives) is owned by StoryWeave / QUANTUM INNO TECHNOLOGIES. You may not commercially republish, resell, or scrape and redistribute generated content without permission. You retain rights to your own original inputs; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use inputs to operate and improve the Service.

3. Coins and fair use

Some actions consume in-app coins. Prices and packs are shown in the product and may change. Spent generation credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Do not automate abuse, bypass limits, or circumvent billing.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal activity or generation of unlawful content.
No attacks, scraping, or interference with the Service.
No harassment or infringement of others’ rights.
Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Third-party AI

We rely on third-party models and infrastructure. Outages or policy filters may affect availability or output. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service but are not liable beyond applicable law for third-party failures.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
